Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We provide detailed written estimates before beginning work. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods as specified in your contract.

A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects. Final payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by California law.

Project Timeline and Delays

We provide estimated timelines for project completion based on normal working conditions. However, completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, unforeseen site conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and vary depending on the type of work performed. Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper maintenance, alterations by others, or normal wear and tear.

To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow any maintenance recommendations provided and notify us promptly of any concerns. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our crews and equipment during the agreed-upon work schedule. You are responsible for securing pets, moving valuable items from work areas, and ensuring that children and unauthorized persons stay clear of the work site.

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and follow all applicable safety regulations. However, you assume responsibility for any hazards on your property that you fail to disclose to us before work begins.

Changes to Scope of Work

Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties before implementation. Change orders may affect project timeline and cost. We will provide written estimates for any additional work before proceeding.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DFY Murrieta Masonry's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from our services or any delays in performance.

Our liability does not extend to damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects not discoverable through reasonable inspection, or conditions beyond our control.

Permits and Regulations

We will obtain necessary permits for work as required by local regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your project complies with any homeowners association rules, deed restrictions, or other private covenants affecting your property. We recommend verifying all requirements before work begins.

Dispute Resolution

We value your satisfaction and will work in good faith to resolve any concerns. If disputes arise, we encourage direct communication to find a mutually acceptable solution. Any legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with California law in the appropriate courts of Riverside County.
